In order for product warranty to be valid, the free-wheeling hubs must be fitted by a suitably qualified installer. We can arrange installation at Cape To Ranges HQ in Hastings for an additional charge, or we can refer you to an installer in your area.
Some hub models require partial disassembly of the free wheeling hub (normally removal of the hub top section from the hub base). If they are not refitted I installed correctly, this may cause premature hub failure, which is not covered under warranty.
If you are not qualified or do not understand the complete installation procedure for your model hub please seek professional assistance in order for the free wheeling hub warranty to remain intact.
